Ezekiel 25:12The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the
Inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men
Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will
shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness
for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children
And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious
Anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers
And you will know
My name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

RESEARCH.

This is a picture of Bob The Builder characters, as you can see they all have different colours so it's easier for the children to identify the differences between them. They can also link their different roles to their colours as well. This is known as colour psychology where every individual colour stands for a different character to show how different they are while also being a team. The use of colour could also determines the importance of the character within the team, so the red, blue and yellow might have more importance than the green, purple, black and orange.

This is another example of colour psychology but within Paw Patrol instead of Bob The Builder. Another thing within this is they also have names referring to their job: Chase(Blue) is a police dog, Skye(Pink) is a female dog that has a helicopter, Marshall(Red) is a  "fire Marshall", Everest (Light Blue/White), Tracker(Dark Green- Forrest attire), Zuma(Orange- Water Rescue), Rocky(Light Green- Eco Pup), Rubble(Yellow- Builder) and Ryder (who's the human).

Paw Patrol Full English on YouTube has 24,596,930 views (just over 24 and a half million viewers)

The target audience 3-8 years old, mostly male.

These are multiple YouTube Channels.

As you can see their are multiple colours to draw their attention.
The channel also has an easy layout so they can follow what's going on all the time.
The majority of the time the colours are primary so they can take notice and learn the colours faster. Colours are very important because they help with children's development.
RED-Excitement,YELLOW-Happiness, GREEN-Life, BLUE-High Quality, PINK-Sophistication/Femininity, VIOLET/PURPLE-Authority,Sophistication and Power, BROWN- Ruggedness, BLACK-Grief,Sophistication, Fear and WHITE- Happiness, Sincerity and Purity.

This is Bundle Of Joy- Baby Songs and Nursery on YouTube Kids. The show in the centre of the picture has 446,038 views and is also 7 months old.  Their are also other shows on the bottom for people to watch. They also have a picture of the show Johnny Johnny Yes Papa.

Postman Pat is red with a bit of gold, these are contrasting colours.

These are also the colours of a postman. The text is free-
flowing and bold so it's easy to follow. Their is a Cbeebies advert as well.
This has red and gold which they could stand for royalty, wealth and passion.

This is Bob the Builder's YouTube Channel. This channel has 137,603 subscribers. This purely has Bob The Builder within the channel. The tick next to Bob the Builder shows that this is the official channel of Bob the Builder.

There's a 30 minute introduction video on the Bob The Builder Homepage of the channel. The colours are red, yellow, orange blue and green they all have different colours so it's easier to identify them.

This is Super Shows poster 1. This has a play sign within the "O". This has a play sign because it will be a youtube channel.

This is poster 2. This is a super strong person holding the sign. This has a super person because they're super. This can also be a representation of heroes carrying the world on their shoulders because that's what they do.

This is poster 3. This has a person that flies. This has a person flying off because of the name Super Shows.

This is poster 4. This has a person that is using lasers. I chose lasers because it's 1 of the most identifiable powers their is.

This is poster 5. This has a person with Telekinesis. The  marks around Super Shows allows you to visualise the words moving telekinetically.

This is poster 6. This has a super power for each letter. Earth manipulation, water, fire, telekinesis, astral projection, super speed, sonic scream, plant manipulation, self-detonation/reformation and prehensile tongue. As you can see the U is blue for water and the P is red for fire. The O is a flower to match the power and word presented. Red can also represent excitement while blue can represent high quality.

BANNERS:

These are banners 1/2.  Their's a character running fast showing their super power. The lines surrounding the figure represents the wind being blown out of the way from the characters running. The O has a play sign in it for youtube.

These are banners 3/4.   Super Shows is underlined in multiple squiggly lines to attract the viewers attention.

These are banners 5/6. In Super Shows banner 5 their's a flying superhero carrying the title. It's also played out so it looks like the title rests on the hero's cape.
In banner 6 it's just circled to give it a simple but effective logo.

EVALUATION:

Primary research is called primary because it's the main research that counts. Primary research is research you find yourself and secondary research is when you use someone else's research as your own. For example secondary is when you could use research from the internet written by someone else and primary is when you have to find the source yourself without anyone's help.

Quantitative is the measurement of how much there is involved within the research as a whole. Qualitative is how good something works, for example how much can the programme process. The main difference is quantitative is about the quantity or amount of research while qualitative is about the quality or the class/grade of the research. This is why  they are both necessary within the research because they both cover the 2 main bases to fully complete the research.

Design research was when we researched YouTube Kids Channel. We researched what content they had, why they had it, was it suitable and how do they stop non-suitable content from slipping through the net.

My data collection was effective because we analysed who would be interested by analysing age groups and the entertainment already out there for them. We also analysed what colours are more likely to attract their attention.

I learn more from the secondary sources than primary sources because their's more secondary sources out there than primary sources.

My market research informed my design research by knowing what colours to use and the effect they could have on the target audience.

I think my proposed designs will be more successful from the research I collected because it provides a foundation for my designs to be built upon. With the research it provides a stronger ground for your ideas to stand on.
